For every property purchased by a client, PWR Property Consultants will typically have considered several properties, usually three or four of these properties will be inspected and offers made on two or three of them. Buy To Let

Finance is a fundamental part of the acquisition process. It usually makes sense for tax purposes, to borrow part of the purchase price, as all interest on a mortgage of whatever size is allowable against the rental income for U.K taxation purposes.

Securing finance for expatriates and U.K based investors is a specialized business. Interest rates and the amount of loan available vary considerably and correct presentation to the lender is of paramount importance in order to obtain the best terms. We have excellent relationships with a panel of Banks and Building Societies through our recommended broker and, subject to status, Clients are able to obtain very attractive Mortgage rates in today's market place. Lenders are often flexible in interpreting their own lending criteria because of the confidence that they have in our expertise in choosing the right properties at the right prices

In most instances we are able to secure finance for investment property at rates which are no higher than owner-occupier mortgages. The terms obtainable depend on a variety of factors including country of residence, age of borrower and type of property being purchased.

PWR Property Consultants' mortgage brokers, give independent advice as to which lender is likely to offer the best terms to each individual Client, and are not tied in any way to any specific bank or building society.
