'I was recommended to PWR as I was new to the buy to let world and was a little unsure of the procedure. After speaking to the staff I quickly realised that they were a very efficient, enthusiastic and professional body of people and little did I realise just how efficient they would be.
After exchanging contracts with the builder of my new home I collected the keys from the site office the following day. I phoned PWR and told them that everything was now go. I picked up the keys at approximately 1215 and PWR met me on site at 1300 to inform me that they had two viewings that very day. Sure enough the prospective tenants rolled up and were shown my property. By 1600 PWR phoned me to say that both people wished to rent my property and it was up to me who I chose. The keys had not even got warm in my hands!
