For a nominal fee, we are able to make sure that this does not happen to you.

Planning & Architectural Services

We have a very close working relationship with two firms of architects who are experts in their field and are able to assess potential development sites, prior to submitting planning applications. They will be pleased to draft up potential schemes on our clients behalf, FREE of charge, on the basis that they are retained to process the planning application and all subsequent working drawings, etc. if the scheme is found to be feasible.

Off Plan Purchases

We are able to offer would be investors the opportunity to purchase off plan residential opportunities across the Midlands and North of the country, via an associated company which often sources new build properties at between 10 - 15% discounts to market value.

Tax Advice

Our type of business dictates that many investors require the services of a chartered accountant and we have a close working relationship with such a firm, which we would be pleased to put our clients in touch with, at favourable rates.
