A founding Director of PWR Property Consultants, Simon Perkins is a Chartered Surveyor with a degree in Estate Management and over 15 years experience in the acquisition, letting and management of residential property across the Midlands.
In 1998, he was made regional investment manager for a large Corporate Agency for the Midlands and North and proceeded to acquire residential investments for both individual and corporate clients across this region. During this time, he also managed and developed a property management centre in Nottingham to cater for both corporate and individual client's needs.
In 2000, he took on the role of Area Manager for 7 Midlands Offices and developed this business into the most profitable area within the Company, which managed over 2500 units and let over 175 properties per month.
His wide experience of the Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire markets in particular, makes Simon excellent at identifying suitable residential investments and his in depth knowledge of lettings and management enable PWR to provide an overall service that is unrivalled in the local area.
As the other founding Director of PWR Property Consultants, Becky Perkins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has over 11 years experience in lettings and relocation in both London and across the Midlands.
In 1996, she was recruited by PKL in Wimbledon to provide letting and relocation services to both individual and corporate tenants. She quickly made a name for herself and in 1998 relocated back to the Midlands to take on the role of Branch Manager for a large Corporate Agency in Nottingham. Within a year the Nottingham Office was the most successful of the Company's Offices and in recognition of this, Becky was promoted to Area Manager.
She continued in this role for the next two years, winning the Area Manager award for the most successful area, before being promoted to Regional Training Manager, responsible for the training of staff at grass roots level in order to provide a high standard of customer service to clients and tenants alike. Her exemplary communication skills and experience in lettings and relocation enable PWR to provide a service that is second to none for both landlords and tenants.

experience in the residential property industry across the Midlands and
UK working for both small and large organisations. His experience spans
the letting and management of all types of residential property. As a driven
and proactive individual, Robert places a high value on client satisfaction.
With a proven track record in managing relationships with both large corporate
investors and individuals, Robert prides himself on his ability to deliver
an outstanding service by understanding the client's expectations and requirements.
Most recently, he managed over 600 properties both locally and nationally for a large Corporate Agency and was the client contact for all portfolio clients.
Anthony joined the PWR team in July 2005 and has over 3 years experience in residential lettings and Property Management. He is a qualified ARLA individual and has experience with all types of residential property. Anthony’s tenacious and diligent attitude towards his chosen career has shown him make a measurable difference to the decrease in the number of tenant arrears and an increase in productivity. Anthony has a methodical approach to Property Management which enables him to provide excellent customer service to both landlords and Tenants alike.
Matthew Joined PWR in September 2004 and has over 5 years experience in residential Lettings and Property Management. Matthew is an ARLA qualified individual with experience in dealing with all types of residential property. Since joining the PWR team Matthew has expanded his knowledge and understanding of the business and has successfully aided several clients to the acquisition of properties. Matthew’s methodical and precise approach has proved beneficial in dealing with the more technical accounting side of the business. Matthew’s knowledge of and enthusiasm for the lettings industry enables him to provide an equality to both tenant s and landlords and his meticulous approach produces an excellent quality of service.
